Elogs CAFM+ Service Desk
Elogs CAFM+ Service Desk is a cloud-based CAFM solution and branded Service Desk. Used across 22,000+ properties, we’re instructed by the world’s largest managing agents, property owners and PLC’s in the property and asset management sector. The Elogs Service Desk Team act as an extension of your business: logging the jobs raised by FMs, dispatching to your service providers and tracking their progress from initial attendance to completion. Our Service Desk also monitors the integrity of data entered onto the system, proactively chasing Service Providers for regular updates.

How do these platforms integrate?
Our platforms provide a 360 degree integration. Seamlessly integrating actions identified from Risk Assessments and uploading them into Meridian.
Then using Prosure360 you can set standards for when choosing the service providers for your supply chain. You can then choose those that meet these standard, from within the Prosure360 platform. Meaning that your supply chain is made up of qualified, insured and reliable contractors.
The action within Meridian is pushed into Elogs CAFM as a job or quote request. Permits are raised in Meridian meaning the Service Provider is automatically given visibility of hazards before they attend the site. The Service Provider picks up the job in Elogs CAFM, to the visit the site to fix the action.
The Service Provider updates Elogs CAFM which automatically updates Meridian. Once verified as complete the action can be closed in Meridian.
